Subscription Terms

1. General
Eastern Pilates provides access to exclusive digital content, tools, recommendations, guides, educational materials, workouts, exercise sessions, and related digital services on a subscription basis.
All subscriptions are for personal use only. Subscriptions may not be transferred, shared with third parties, sublicensed, or resold.
2. By Purchasing a Subscription, You Agree to the Following Terms
2.1 Recurring Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Eastern Pilates and/or its payment processor to charge you automatically according to the billing schedule of the plan selected at checkout until you cancel your subscription.
2.2 Billing in Advance
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable trial or billing period, depending on the selected plan.
2.3 Payment Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all charges incurred under your subscription unless and until you cancel it in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
2.4 Continuous Access
Your subscription will remain active and automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing date or it is terminated by Eastern Pilates in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
2.5 Service Delivery
Subscription content may be delivered by email, through the member platform, through downloadable files, links, PDF documents, educational materials, exercise or workout content, digital resources, or other digital formats included in the selected plan.
2.6 Statement Descriptor
Charges will appear on your bank statement under the single static descriptor “allmembership.com”.
2.7 Checkout Disclosures Control
The exact subscription price, trial period, billing interval, introductory offer, and renewal terms applicable to your selected plan will be displayed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation.
If there is any discrepancy between general promotional wording and the checkout disclosures, the checkout disclosures and these Subscription Terms will take precedence.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Eastern Pilates offers recurring subscription plans.
3.2 The initial billing period of Eastern Pilates is offered at an introductory rate, depending on the plan selected at checkout:
- $5 for the 1-week trial;
- $15 for the 4-week trial; or
- $25.20 for the 12-week trial.
After the applicable introductory or trial period, unless cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew as follows:
- After the 1-week trial: $59.99 every 4 weeks, charged in advance;
- After the 4-week trial: $59.99 every 4 weeks, charged in advance;
- After the 12-week trial: $119.19 every 12 weeks, charged in advance.
The exact:
- Initial or trial price;
- Trial or introductory period;
- Renewal price;
- Billing interval; and
- Applicable subscription duration
will also be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Becoming a Subscriber
4.1 Your subscription begins immediately after your purchase and payment have been successfully confirmed.
4.2 Upon activation, you will receive access to Eastern Pilates and the related digital materials included in your selected plan. These may include workouts, exercise sessions, tasks, educational content, emails, downloadable resources, platform-based content, and other digital materials.
4.3 You expressly agree that the performance of the digital service will begin immediately after purchase or as soon as access is granted.
5. Content Delivery
Subscription content may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Access through the Eastern Pilates member platform;
- Workouts, exercise sessions, recommendations, and other content delivered through the platform or by email;
- Downloadable files, including PDF documents;
- Links to hosted files or resources; or
- Other digital materials included in the selected plan.
You are solely responsible for providing a correct and functioning email address and for maintaining access to your email inbox and member account.
Eastern Pilates is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, email-provider restrictions, forgotten login credentials, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Eastern Pilates.
6. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6.2 To avoid the next recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date, including before the end of any applicable trial or introductory period.
6.3 Because renewal processing may begin shortly before the next billing date, Eastern Pilates strongly recommends completing your cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable trial period or the beginning of the next billing period.
6.4 If your cancellation is not completed before the next billing date, the next renewal charge may still be processed and will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
6.5 After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid trial or billing period. It will then expire automatically.
6.6 Cancellation does not reverse or refund any charges that have already been lawfully processed for the current trial or billing period.
6.7 You may cancel your subscription by:
- Logging in to your account settings and completing the cancellation steps provided there; or
- Sending an email to hello@easternpilates.com from the email address associated with your purchase.
6.8 For security and identity-verification purposes, Eastern Pilates may require sufficient information to identify your account before processing a cancellation request received by email.
7. Automatic Renewal
7.1 By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable trial or billing period unless it is cancelled in time.
7.2 Renewal charges will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.
7.3 If your payment method cannot be charged, Eastern Pilates may retry the charge, suspend your access, or terminate your subscription at its discretion.
7.4 Eastern Pilates may change subscription prices for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law.
Any price change will apply only on a forward-looking basis and will not affect trial or billing periods that have already been paid for.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 General Rule
Eastern Pilates provides digital intellectual property, digital content, and digital services that become accessible immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of these products and services, all payments are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted, except where:
(a) a refund is expressly provided under the limited Money-Back Policy set out below; or
(b) a refund is required by applicable law.
8.2 No Prorated Refunds
No refunds, credits, partial reimbursements, or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, unused content, non-use of the service, lack of results, cancellation during an active trial or billing period, or any unused portion of a subscription period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.3 Limited Money-Back Policy
In addition to any statutory refund rights provided by applicable law, a customer may be eligible for a refund only if all the following conditions are met:
(a) the customer contacts Eastern Pilates at hello@easternpilates.com within:
- 14 days of purchasing access if the customer is a resident of the European Union; or
- 30 days of purchasing access if the customer is not a resident of the European Union;
(b) the customer has followed their selected Eastern Pilates plan for at least 7 consecutive days; and
(c) the customer provides the evidence described in Section 8.4 below.
For clarity, this limited Money-Back Policy applies only to the initial purchase of the selected plan. It does not apply to renewal charges, recurring rebills, subsequent subscription periods, or charges processed because the customer failed to cancel before the applicable renewal date.
8.4 How to Prove That You Followed Your Eastern Pilates Plan
A customer may demonstrate that they followed their Eastern Pilates plan only by sending screenshots from their Eastern Pilates account, dashboard, or member area showing that they followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days and completed all required workouts, lessons, sessions, steps, or plan activities during that period.
The evidence must be sent by email to hello@easternpilates.com from the email address associated with the purchase.
We may request additional information that is reasonably necessary to verify the refund request, account activity, plan usage, purchase details, or eligibility under the Money-Back Policy.
8.5 Processing Refund Requests
Eastern Pilates will review the refund request and notify the customer by email whether the request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law.
8.6 Exclusions from the Money-Back Policy
This limited Money-Back Policy does not apply in any of the following circumstances, including, but not limited to, cases where:
- The customer believes they do not have enough time to follow their Eastern Pilates plan;
- The customer finds their Eastern Pilates plan too difficult or too easy;
- The customer has previously received a refund under this policy;
- The customer fails to follow the refund-request procedure;
- The customer fails to provide sufficient supporting evidence;
- The customer refuses to follow reasonable instructions from Customer Support;
- The customer purchased the wrong plan by mistake;
- The customer made the purchase based on incorrect assumptions;
- The customer changed their mind for non-technical reasons;
- The customer failed to read the offer details, Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, or checkout disclosures before making the purchase;
- The customer expected that no further charges would apply after the initial purchase;
- The customer believed that the subscription would not renew automatically;
- The customer believed that the subscription would terminate automatically without cancellation;
- The customer failed to cancel before the end of the applicable trial period or before the next renewal charge; or
- The request relates to a renewal charge rather than the initial purchase.
8.7 Where Conditions Are Not Met
If the customer does not meet all the Money-Back Policy conditions set out above, all subscription fees paid will remain non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.8 Clarification Regarding Trial or Introductory Plans
Any trial or introductory plan offered by Eastern Pilates is provided at the price and for the duration displayed at checkout.
If the plan is not cancelled before the end of the applicable trial or introductory period, it will automatically convert into a recurring subscription charged at the renewal price and billing interval displayed at checkout.
Charges processed after the end of the trial or introductory period are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.9 Renewal Charges
Charges for all renewal periods are recurring subscription fees charged in advance and are non-refundable once processed, except as expressly provided in this Section 8 or where required by applicable law.
8.10 Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting the Eastern Pilates Customer Support team, Eastern Pilates reserves the right to suspend access to the service and submit all relevant records of the purchase, access, usage, and consent to the payment processor or financial institution.
9. EU/UK Digital Content Notice
9.1 If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have certain statutory consumer rights.
9.2 By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and digital services and acknowledge that, once performance of the service has begun and access has been granted, your statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.3 Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
10. Account, Access, and Misuse
10.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
10.2 Eastern Pilates may suspend or terminate your access without a refund if it reasonably believes that:
- The subscription is being shared or resold;
- The service is being misused;
- Fraudulent or abusive payment activity has occurred; or
- The customer has breached these Subscription Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to Subscription Terms
11.1 Eastern Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time.
11.2 Any changes will take effect when they are posted or when customers are notified, unless a later effective date is specified.
11.3 Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of the updated Subscription Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Complaints and Disputes
All complaints and disputes relating to a subscription will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible and, where feasible, no later than 10 business days after Eastern Pilates receives all the information necessary to assess the matter.
